Quotes. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
Deposit. A 20% deposit secures your build slot in the queue. The balance is due at launch. Payment by card or Afterpay via Stripe; Afterpay is subject to the provider's approval and spend limits.
Free tweaks. Every build includes six weeks of minor tweaks after launch.
Care plans. Care plans run month-to-month. Cancel any time — no lock-in.
Ownership. On full payment you own your domain, business email, content and the complete code. Ask any time and we'll hand it all over.
Timelines. Most builds go live in 2–4 weeks. That's a typical range we quote on an enquiry — not a guaranteed date. We'll always tell you where things are at.
